UK Consumer Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you begin using the Service during this period, you acknowledge that the Service has been partially performed and agree that your right to a full refund may be reduced proportionally. If we offer a free trial, it will be clearly specified at sign-up. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. No charge will be made during the trial period.

Spark AI uses artificial intelligence to help you plan and schedule tasks. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of all content you submit to Spark AI (tasks, notes, calendar data, and natural language inputs). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
We do not sell your content to third parties. We may use anonymised, aggregated data (not linked to you personally) to improve our AI models and product.
All intellectual property in the Spark AI platform — including the software, design, branding, and AI models — belongs to Spark AI or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may not use our trademarks, logo, or brand assets without our prior written permission.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g. Google Calendar, Apple Calendar). Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behaviour of third-party services.
We aim to keep Spark AI available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

You agree to indemnify and hold Spark AI harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a UK consumer, you may also be entitled to use the Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission, or contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline for guidance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email or via a notice within the Service. If you continue to use Spark AI after the effective date of the updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
You may close your account at any time via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
On termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
